Your First Visit
Please arrive 10 minutes early to have enough time to fill out a New Patient form before your visit begins.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will review your medical history and perform a complete oral exam. This will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening as well as any X-rays that you may need.
Treatment Plan
Your dentist will then use the information gathered to develop a dental treatment plan for you. They will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and the recommended treatment plan.

At Orleans Family Dentistry, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
Once your appointment is finished, we can directly bill your insurance company to simplify your visit. Our administrative team is happy to help you better understand your insurance plan.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost (or the patient portion if billed directly to your insurance) must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.

Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also a short walk from Place d'Orléans Station for patients who use public transportation.
